We employ twenty-two staff which are trained and
in possession of electrical engineering or DSTV installation
certificates. We do on average over 800 successfully
completed TV repair or DSTV Satellite Dish installation
jobs per month.
We repair all makes of television, Plasma
TV, LCD TV, Rear Projection TV, VCR, DVD,
Hi-Fi, CD Player, Amplifier and Microwave
oven and offer free collection and delivery of Television
repairs in Centurion and Pretoria south of the Magaliesberg.

DSTV satellite dish, home theater and surround sound

TV & Video Doctor was founded
in September 1986 by Eric Salberg as a sole proprietor.
After expanding it was converted to a CC in August
1989. By 1999 having outgrown the rented premises
in Kloofsig, TV & Video Doctor bought a property
and moved to its own premises at 132 Botha ave Lyttelton.
Our bankers are Standard Bank Lyttelton,
branch. We are proud of the fact that in our 24
years of business no cheque of TV & Video Doctor
has ever been dishonored for lack of funds. The
branch manager Janeen Grobler is our reference.
Our DSTV Satellite Dish installers
are MultiChoice trained. HiFi and TV Repair
techicians have done technikon and agent training
courses. All staff receive ongoing in house training
and apprenticing which maintains high standards.
Our staff are incentivised, and statistics
such as DSTV installations booked, DSTV installations done, TV repairs delivered, TV repairs
in progress and returns under guarantee are monitored and graphed daily. All Sound system
and TV repairs are tested and checked by a quality
control inspector before return to the customer.
DSTV installations are randomly spot checked.
